Customer Rent Rebate
We offer a cash rebate once clients sign a lease using our service and list “CHAMPIONS R E GROUP LLC ” on all applications and tour cards. When clients sign a lease, the apartment complex sends us a commission for placing a qualified client in their property. This is how our agents get paid, why our service is free to you, and how we pay your apartment rent rebate.
Payment
Properties usually take 30-60 days to send our commission after a client moves in. Once it has been received, we send you a rebate check within 24 hours!
Why use SplitsCommission?
Not using SplitsCommssion as an apartment locator is leaving money on the table. YOU did the legwork finding your apartment, therefore YOU should be compensated accordingly. Apartment location services are paid out of an apartment's marketing budget in addition to rent concessions and other promotions. There is no cost to you.
Will I be paid for referring a friend to SplitsCommission?
Yes. When you refer someone to SplitsCommission, you will receive $50 (the maximum allowed by TREC to an unlicensed individual) on the date the lease is signed.
